What You'll Get
Bodybuilders visualize lifting a weight before actually lifting it, just as businessmen visualize leading a meeting before actually riding in on a stallion. Appear majestic with this voucher.
Choose from Three Options
- $50 for a two-month membership with included enrollment fee (a $167 value)
- $40 for a one-month membership with included enrollment fee and 10 30-minute Zumba classes (a $153 value)
- $20.50 for 10 30-minute Zumba classes (a $40 value)
The regular 30-minute classes intersperse strength-training sessions with heart-pumping cardio work atop 13 platforms for stationary aerobics. During Curves’ 30-minute Zumba classes, ladies eschew the regular class’s aerobic work for Zumba’s high-energy, Latin-inspired dance moves. A CurvesSmart card stores individual fitness specs and plugs into each strength machine, turning it into a virtual personal trainer. A green light indicates when exercisers have hit their target intensity level—a measurement that grows more challenging as their brawn increases. At the end of their workout, patrons receive a detailed report on strength gained and calories burned.

As they enter the training circle at Curves, female guests come face-to-face with the smiles of other women. And just as points on a circle share a common distance from the circle's center, workout participants share the experiences of those nearby, trading stations throughout the 30-minute training session. One minute is spent on a piece of strength-training equipment built for feminine frames and designed to work two opposing muscle groups with a single movement. Exercisers then move on to a recovery station, where they run, jog, or dance to maintain heart rates and keep platforms in place during momentary losses of gravity.
