Lolita Lindsay began baking when she was just 6 years old. By the time she was 7—an age when most kids were still trying to figure out how to turn into a dinosaur—she had already won a baking competition. She has since mastered the recipes passed down to her by her grandmother and now spends her time perfecting and improving upon classics before serving them at Lita's Treats. In addition to whipping up red-velvet cupcakes swirled with cream-cheese frosting, sweet-potato cheesecake pies, banana pudding, and customizable cake pops, she crafts guilt-free treats, including gluten-free and paleo breads.
