What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Ms. Brittany uses her 24 years of classical music training and her B.A. degree in education to teach students to do more than “just play a song.” While immersed in age-appropriate music theory, students use language, memory, and reasoning skills that will benefit them developmentally.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
We provide a piano and keyboard in our studio. A set of books is included in the registration fee.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
While working as an after-school tutor, Ms. Brittany noticed a lack of communication skills, reasoning, problem-solving skills, and confidence in her students. More Than Music uses special techniques to enhance these skills in children.

What do you love most about your job?
I love music and I love children. Putting those two together creates a magical combination.
