Laundry service including wash/dry/fold, ironing, and laundering comforters [no dry-cleaning] with over 12 years of experience. Pick-up and delivery are available - nobody else in town does that!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After years of doing the same job for someone else, that business closed. I enjoy what I do, and I'm good at it, so I started my own laundry service.
What do you love most about your job?
I give busy people some more time in their lives for something fun. I also enjoy getting to know my customers as they come back. I meet many interesting people in this line of work.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When one of my old customers recently found out I was back with my own store, she told me she wouldn't be going anywhere else again, because other people just didn't have my attention to detail. That felt really good to hear.
