I have over 20 years experience as a licensed cosmetologist and licensed cosmetology instructor.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It has always been my dream job to work for myself. I enjoy being able to take time with my clients to focus on their needs rather than being rushed in a corporate environment.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting many types of people and building professional relationships. I love being able to give someone a new look or find out what they want to change about their current look.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback is not always the customer that raves about your service. It is sometimes the one that will tell you small things they did not like so that you can improve the service for them. The best feedback I have ever received was from someone honest and upfront.
