The staff at Yoga Generation take their practice from the mat to the air. In aerial yoga classes, students get vertical while twisting and rotating in hammock-like sashes suspended from the ceiling. Meanwhile, supportive instructors demonstrate breathing techniques and movements that lend aerial yoga its own grace and therapeutic quality, as the hammocks allow students to sink more deeply into stretches. However, they don't do everything above ground. Their mat-based classes include hatha, yin, and power yoga.
