What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Natural BirthWorks is a co-op of birthworkers who have united in one space to provide holistic care to their community. The providers at Natural BirthWorks range from all areas of women and family health.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Mothers are guided through relaxing movement and are taught deep breathing to strength and build stamina. Prenatal yoga helps you prepare for labor and a smooth birth.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It began when Natural Birthworks owners, Sandra and Gelena had a strong desire for more natural and holistic approach to their health and lifestyle. The seed was then planted to help provide this natural way of life easily to others in the community. This is how our co-op, our sanctuary, was born.

What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate in the education for mothers and in the well being of their families. Our goal is to support our community by educating, empowering and facilitating a space that all families can feel loved.
