At No Limit Training Company, ex-athletes from the Canadian football league and former college basketball players teach exercisers the fitness lessons they learned in their heyday. Personal trainers shout encouragement as clients sprint around the workout facility, along the paths of a local park, or through the hollow bones of the Statue of Liberty. Staff will work around the schedules of each client and draw up a fitness plan to suit each person's situation. No Limit's trainers map out post-partum fitness plans for new mothers, sports-specific training for athletes, and custom training for firefighters that is designed around quick bursts of explosive activity.
