After hanging out with long-time friends, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of the band KISS, Dave Furano asked a life-changing question: "What's better than rock and brews?" Following spontaneous brainstorming, Dave and his friends came up with Rock & Brews, a collaborative restaurant endeavor that has spawned dozens of locations across the world.

These restaurants are known for their creative spins on quality American comfort food, like Baja beer battered fish tacos and the Fireball, a double pepper jack cheeseburger topped with Serrano pepper relish and chipotle aioli. The second part of Rock & Brews is also proudly represented at these restaurants, which have a rotating selection of craft beer that's sourced from local brewers.
