What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
At Circuit Cycle we don't just do it on the bike. We have several class styles: Core Cycle Full Body Cycle Circuit Cycle Cycle With smaller class sizes we are able to offer personalized attention and tailor the workout to fit our members' needs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep classes fresh, fun, fast paced and full of challenges. Don't let that scare you lol bc w/ smaller class sizes we are able to tailor every workout to meet your fitness level but to also help you increase overall fitness, strength and endurance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration for Circuit Cycle... Results! It's so easy to fall into the cardio routine. Resistance training, however, is vital to not only fitness for vanity's sake but also for fitness for health's sake. Now, we have put the two together and our current members couldn't be more stoked!

What do you love most about your job?
As an instructor, I love meeting and getting to know our members (at Circuit Cycle you can't help but make friends:). I love seeing my clients get stronger both in the gym and on the bike AND I love seeing the progress our members make!!
