Our system, created by Sifu Gary Lam is put together in a very step-by-step fashion. The way the art is presented and structured to new students is so very important.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Teacher Sifu Brian Hester started this school because of his passion for the art. He loves to see new students learn and develop from having very little skill to a level in which they can defend themselves. To have an ego free and family type environment is the best inspiration of all.
