Dine in 2Nite, Costa Mesa

The chefs at Dine in 2Nite specialize in creating the ultimate dinner package—they send piping hot dinners to clients' doorsteps up to five nights a week. Each gourmet meal is the brainchild of the company's celebrated executive chef Claire Kats, co-host of the nationally syndicated show Food Fight Radio. In collaboration with her partner in crime, chef Marcus Todd, Kats creates delicacies such as coconut tilapia with apricot dipping sauce and penne tossed with blackened sausage. The entrees eschew classic diet saboteurs such as MSG and trans fats, and require no prep, making them perfect for those who are too busy to cook or forage for steaks at a local park.
