We are the only private climbing training program in South Florida that offers instruction for climbers of all levels, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. We work closely with our students to create a lesson plan that excites and encourages them to set goals and blow them out of the water!

What is the experience customers can expect?
After being accepted into the 2020 Olympics in Japan, Indoor Rock Climbing has been set on the stage as the next big fitness trend. In order to keep newcomers safe and while still giving them the ability to enjoy our sport we prioritize excellence and safety as #1.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After returning from his travels in Colorado and Utah, Christian The Belay Knot Mendoza saw the need for the mountains to come to Miamians. "They want to do more! They want to move their bodies and explore themselves. The mountains will never come to Miami so we must build them."
