RJ Fitness also offers fitness retreats, private and semi-private personal training and DANSATION - Dance Fitness Workout classes.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The inspiration to start this business came from an innate desire to empower others to become the best version of themselves. That inspiration continues to grow as we create more classes that are proven to inspire and motivate women to live healthier lives within the challenges of life!

3. What do you love most about your job?

What we love most about what we do is having the ability meet such awesome women from all walks of life and to witness a clients transformation and growth when it comes to their health and fitness. From small steps to major changes it is all amazingly rewarding!

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Every reaction that we receive is the best reaction... from hearing a client say that they now enjoy exercise to hearing that a client tried a new veggie and loved it! It's all the best because it reminds us that we are making a difference and our clients are feeling great!
