Absolutely love this place! From toddler to crawler had a great time... celebrated my daughters birthday and age 10 and under all had a womerful time.
We had pizza it was very good staff was nice,willing to help,usful,polite this will be our fun spot

The staff is rude. They asked a child from my sons playgroup to leave. So as a single mom she had to leave with all 4 of her children. After she left I questioned the manager and she said they only ask someone to leave if they are harming someone else which they said he wasn't. That the person who asked him to leave probably made a mistake.
They also charged us for my 12 year old who sat and played on his tablet the whole time who is clearly too old to be playing at this type of place.
They kept my credit card in their register drawer while we were there which I do not think is very safe or secure.
It was so crowded and under staffed that the line for food was extremely long and followed my a long wait for the food

My 3 year old loves to play here! So many different options for kids to choose from. The different areas looked clean and we were there late in the day. Some of the toys seem to be well loved and a little dated but for the cost of admission we definitely can't complain! There is a good variety of food at the concession area and prices are excellent. The staff is friendly and we always have fun!
