Of course, by adding yoga's deep poses and mindful postures into the heated mix, the benefits just keep coming. In addition to facilitating a greater range of motion and deeper stretches, the higher temperatures stimulate blood flow, improve muscle recovery, and decrease pain and inflammation. And because the instructors encourage students to take as many breaks as they need during sessions, the studio invites students of any skill level to partake in their class lineup, which includes everything from gentle yin yoga to more intense power yoga.
