What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Sessions will be on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings beginning 9/6 & 9/7. Group Therapy is an opportunity to explore and find new ways to deal with interpersonal challenges. If you're on a personal growth journey or dealing with life's difficulties group therapy may be right for you.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I received my Masters degree in Social Work from Loyola University in 1989. I worked as a group therapist: in a hospital, university and outpatient settings. My work with people is relational and focuses on the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns in thinking that cause us distress in our daily lives.

What do you love most about your job?
My goal is to explore how individuals have adapted to life, what works well for them, as well as what no longer serves them. I help people look at their lives and build a context to discover where their beliefs and behaviors come from, and what steps are needed to bring them the life they desire.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"I now know I am the one responsible for changing my life. I'm no longer waiting for my boss, or spouse, or children to bring me the happiness I desire."
