Overpriced and swinddlers. The main guy seemed helpful and informative. His assistant however kept quoting a price way high and saying "how bad everything was" Another company could do it way cheaper and didn't pressure me.

Anthony did a very thorough assessment of where our home is losing energy He gave us tips during his assessment to immediately reduce energy loss and followed up with a detailed estimate of what it will cost to update insulation and other items in the house to significantly reduce our energy waste Tips I have are: listen to what Anthony suggests, walk thru the house as he is performing his analysis to see first hand where and why you are losing the most energy To just hear his findings after-the-fact is a dis-service to yourself See the problem areas first hand

Guy who came out said insulating my attic would cost about $350-$400 (after he measured the square footage and all). My Groupon was worth $350, so that sounded perfect. Then I received the written estimate a few days later for over $2500. Needless to say, I am done with them and I wasted $100 buying the Groupon that I won't use now.

The survey was done efficiently. He was willing to share much data and asked if I wanted more. He gave good ($25 fix it by yourself) short term ideas. I await his full report (he said it would be about 5 business days, it has only been 2). The blower door test and thermal imaging along with discovering where the energy deficiencies were located, was worth the cost. Durable goods appliances were not fully investigated. Some lighting changes were suggested, exhaust fans were checked. The major suggestions were blow-in insulation into the walls, foam insulation around foundation, recessed lighting changes, caulking, and some weather stripping. Our attic insulation was already sufficient
