Contacted the business directly because I was having issues redeeming the voucher online- I called 7 times over two weeks and left three messages, all of which went ignored. I finally messaged the business on Facebook explaining my issue, they read it (Facebook sends read receipts) and then never responded. I contacted both Groupon and The Better Business Bureau and reported the issue; they tried to contact her as well with zero luck. I did let the business know that I filed a complaint with both Groupon and The Better Business Bureau to which she finally responded via Facebook offering a refund and a full class. After the display of professionalism previously displayed over the course of three weeks I passed on her offer and just accepted a credit from Groupon. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone.
