The menu gave me the impression that the sushi and food would be sub-par and overly Americanized in a bad way (cream cheese sushi rolls are a huge signal). Plus, the price is too reasonable to be good, right? I was surprised to find decent quality fish, and rolls neatly assembled with a good ratio of ingredients and size. Will definitely come back to try more items on the menu :)

I have never had such an amazing sushi roll experience then this, ever. The tastes, variety, and new mixes were just amazing. Craft Sushi and Noodles provided a catering event for me and everything from start to finish was beyond my expectations. Brad and Tim worked so hard to make this experience the best ever. My guests were amazed, I was amazed. The food was fantastic. Brad works closely with you and Tim could not be more helpful in any way he can. I highly recommend Craft Sushi and Noodles and I will definitely call upon them again for my catering needs or for lunch or dinner. ;-)))

This place was horrible. It took forever to get our food and the rice was not cooked right!

From Our Editors

In a true example of East meets West, the sushi chefs at Craft Sushi and Noodles assemble unorthodox ingredients into more than 30 handcrafted rolls inspired by California. Pecan pieces add crunch to the Napa Roll’s salmon, dates, and balsamic glaze, while mandarin oranges and tropical salsa lend a citrusy kick to the Santa Monica Blvd Roll’s yellowtail and cucumber. Craft Sushi even accommodates vegetarian and gluten-free diners.

Craft Sushi’s chefs don’t reserve all the creativity for themselves. Their build-your-own roll menu spotlights nearly 70 ingredients, including beets, bacon bits, and hardboiled eggs. Those fixings also flavor customizable salads and rice bowls, part of Craft Sushi's generous selection of sushi alternatives that includes garlic edamame.
