The crew operates within a large cheerleading facility with spring-loaded mats that are easy on the knees and ankles and make games of Twister even more challenging. They combine cardio exercises such as jump roping and trampoline work with strength training such as dumbbells, all in an effort to boost metabolism and burn away excess pounds.

Skok has designed a 21-day boot-camp program that includes a structured meal plan with simplified recipes and recommendations for eating the right carbs at the right time of day. She also offers a custom 90-day Body by Vi plan, which employs protein shakes to supplement a healthy diet.
