What sets your business apart from your competition?
We are a family owned and operated chocolate shoppe. Our chocolate is a unique blend of light and dark chocolates that you won't find anywhere else. We create each piece individually, onsite, in our candy kitchen. We have been using the same recipes and handmade techniques for 30 years. Our shortbread cookies are also baked onsite from a very traditional recipe. Everything is made with fresh and simple ingredients.

What was the inspiration for starting this business?
My love of chocolate and making people happy.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
"I've traveled all over Europe and the U.S, and sampled many chocolates. This is by far the best chocolate I've ever had."
