We are are one of the few places in Suffolk County that offers African classes for both adults and children. Over fifteen years of teaching experience. Centrally located across from Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Friendly and family atmosphere.
What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Please wear comfortable entire. Ladies please bring a wrap skirt/lapa.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I used to study West African dance in the City and would be very late getting home. My daughter asked me why I couldn't take the class closer to home and that I should start teaching classes. She was five years old.
What do you love most about your job?
I love sharing the joy of dance with others and inspiring them to want to stay fit.
