I went for the first time and loved it! Barbara was very helpful throughout ! It was a great class! I can't wait to go back. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The staff were welcoming and the aerial yoga experience was the absolute best! Sylvie is a wonderful instructor. The environment is warm and inviting. The bamboo garden is lovely. I can't wait to go back!!! A wonderful full body workout and THE MOST FUN EVER!!!

It was great 1st time experience!! Teacher was very patient wth me & very helpful also wth showing & helping me wth the poses she was having us do!!!
Can’t wait to get the hang of the bands to really get the benefits of the stretching !!

The workout is unique and helping me out of my exercise rut. The teachers are terrific and make me eager to get back in there. I haven't felt this way about exercise in quite some time, so thank you! :)

Did not like the first class. Next time I will try with a different instructor. Did not feel relaxed during or after the class.
