The wide selection includes wine made exclusively from Colorado's grapes, without the use of sulfites and other additives. Colorado vintner and Cedars Farm's winemaker, Larry Naslund, can vouch for the high quality of the product which means that the guests can simply lounge in the open air wine bar with a glass of deep purple Cabernet Sauvignon or sweet Riesling before going on an optional tour around the vineyard.
