While each client at EP Fitness receives a 30-minute H.I.T. workout designed to meet their fitness goals, they can also book a complimentary 30-minute consultation with one of their personal trainers. This informal chat is crucial for setting fitness goals, whether those goals include losing a few pounds, toning up, increasing strength, or finally doing something about that boulder blocking the front door. Trainers work with individuals or small groups, and clients can even share memberships. The best part? The trainers guarantee that their program will produce results in a month or less. A customizable meal plan helps clients track progress from beginning to end. Each client will receive a personal fitness app to work with their coach in conjunction of working with their fitness trainer- Compete in online leaderboard challenges, No meal plans included.
