I called to book an appointment a couple of days before it expired and was very rudely told that I need to book at least 2 weeks in advance and they would not honor the groupon, it was only good for face value. I used it for a pedicure later and it was possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had. While cutting my cuticles she hurt me, cut me, I left there bleeding, my nails are all different lengths, there is polish on my toes not just my nails and the cuticles very rough. I have to go and have it redone today. I would send you a picture if I could. It belongs on "Nailed It.com"

The ultimate relaxation day! Best massage chair I've ever experienced at a salon, super professional and super nice! Really one of the better salon trips I've had. Will definitely be returning, with or without a Groupon :)

It was a terrible experience. I had a pedi/mani and I left with bleeding toes and fingers. My toes were hacked and when I mentioned that she was hurting me she just gave me a look of confusion. Also she said my feet were in rough shape. I get pedi/mani's regularily and I always get good compliments on my feet. Near the end of the appointment I asked her 'so what do you think of my feet, are they in good shape?' and she said yes, they were really good feet. I am now hoping that I do not get an infection in my cuts (multiple on my toes, and it's uncomfortable to walk) and two on my hands. Also the painting of the nail polish was sloppy. The attendant had only been doing this for two weeks

Dream Beauty lounge was a really bad experince for me. Customer service wasnt provided. I will recommed people not to considered DBL. Owner was very rude and i was very upset with her service. I will never choose DBL in future.

she kept me waiting too long. The nail polish application was not done well on my toe nails, there are a couple of nails that aren't fully polished and a couple of nails that I had to file myself when I got home. She tried to overcharge me on the tax, I had to tell her how much tax I had to pay. Pretty dissappointed in my experience here, I would not go back.

Very pleasant staff only negative feedback I was surprised when the gratuity was included with the tax most times the gratuity is based on the service provided not mandatory by the owner!!!!

Before the service, I was charged $10 ($3 for taxes and $7 for gratuties -a tip, if good service is given, should be after one receives the service!). The water bath was cold for my feet, the girl didn't know how to adjust massage chair so for the whole service I sat completely upright and the background music was turned to a loud punjabi radio station -hardly relaxing, if you ask me!

Very unprofessional Job on the mani and pedi. Will never go back or recommend t anyone. Along with usual taxes that I am aware of owner Made me pay mandatory set tip so taxes and total came to 10 dollars
