1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our business provides all veterinary services from vaccination and simple preventive care all the way to most advanced procedures including endoscopy, laparoscopy, Digital dental and full body xray, ultrasound.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The most important reason was education, most people in this area are not fully educated about prevention and basic pet care, we are trying to establish a whole new level of quality service and educate clients about appropriate pet care in order to improve their life span as well as their quality of life.

3. What do you love most about your job?

The most rewarding part of our job is helping pets by alleviating their pain and improving their quality of life, we are the ones who know what they need.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Tears of joy in a disabled child who got her dog back after one week of intensive care due to an accident.
