What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
After studying and living in India for 9 years, I opened Balance. Life. Yoga. in order to share this relatively unknown form of Hatha Yoga with Denver. This is one of the only studios outside of India sharing Kaula Yoga.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Students are encouraged to relax and practice with the inner goal of optimizing their health and happiness, not competing or struggling to achieve some external goal. Your motivation comes from you, we just provide the environment to discover the motivation inside yourself.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I returned from India to be closer to family and opened the studio to offer yoga that cultured the inner self as well as the external self. Sounds like many other types of yoga but during my years of teaching in India I saw how important this practice became for people from all over the world.

What do you love most about your job?
That I don't consider it a job to share life and health with "clients" who become friends.
