Cute little place with outstanding food. The hibachi dinner comes with veggies, noodles, rice (small fee upgrades you to fried rice which I HIGHLY recommend), soup, and salad. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the food. The portions are HUMONGOUS, especially when you pick the filet mignon. Everything was cooked to perfection and is even better as leftovers the next day (if that's even possible). Will definitely come back next time we're in town!

The staff know my kids and automatically bring them the sushi rolls they love! The hibachi guys never fail to entertain, and the food is AMAZING!

Recommended by a colleague and was not disappointing. The box lunch was fresh and enough to take some home. Salad was fresh served with ginger dressing that will make me a repeat customer. Our group will be returning for sure. Great parking options.

Mt Fuji has nice decor and ambience and a pleasant smiling staff of servers. They probably do a decent job with sushi. However, I went there to try their Chicken Teriyaki. My order came with Miso soup and a "salad." I found the Miso soup bland, but since Miso has never really been a favorite of mine, you shouldn't base any of your decisions on my opinion of this soup. The "salad" was a small cup of iceberg lettuce in its truest sense — pale green chilled cardboard. The salad dressing was what you might expect — nothing to write home about. The main course — the Chicken Teriyaki — was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!!!!!! The strips of white meat chicken had not been marinated and thus had NO FLAVOR AT ALL — barely even chicken flavor. It looked like they had boiled the chicken, sliced it and then poured some kind of pseudo oriental sauce over it. Even the sauce lacked flavor. I occasionally make Teriyaki at home, and when I do, I marinate the dark chicken meat in a flavorful Teriyaki marinade that includes lots of garlic, ginger, soy sauce and a few other ingredients. I marinate it at least overnite. Then I grill the chicken, all the while basting it with marinade. Then I slice the chicken and top it with fresh marinade. It is MOST flavorful!!!!!! Quite unlike the charade Mt Fuji put on this plate. There dish looked pretty, but that's as far as it went. I will NEVER go back there, even if they do know how to prepare sushi.
