As its name suggests, Detroit Soul is a celebration of two things: the city of Detroit and the flavors of soul food. Patrons can choose from dishes such as fried pork chops, barbecued chicken, and meatloaf, all of which can be paired with corn bread, collard greens, and other classic sides. Detroit Soul's weekend specials include a Friday fish fry, whose crispy fillets are served with coleslaw and fries.
