What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Learning real estate is not about memorizing theories. Our classes are taught real estate attorney/broker of 22 years, Kenny Tan, who makes studying of real estate easy and fun, applying real life cases to theories that help students grasp complicated legal concepts.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
Students will be provided with 3 textbooks, namely Real Estate Principles, Practice, and Property Management. All classes are audiotaped for students. Students need to bring highlighters to class.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Having worked on real estate cases over 20 years, the school's founder Kenny Tan learned that many agents that work in the real estate industry lack the necessary knowledge of real estate law and ethics required of an agent. He hopes to elevate professionalism in real estate through education.

What do you love most about your job?
Kenny Tan loves to teach real estate. Period. He loves sharing real life cases with his students that help students learn better. He has many stories to tell about mistakes others made in real estate. By learning past mistakes of others, students can remember and avoid them themselves.
