What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
At Freedom Yoga our mission is to help you find your inner peace. To be free in mind and body of any ailments or obstacles that stand before you. We have created a positive place for the community to come together and grow.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Freedom Yoga offers classes for all levels. There is one for everyone! We encourage you to find a class that best fits your skill level and let the teacher guide you. We have 3 levels of regular yoga classes as well as prenatal, restorative, chair, and men's yoga.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Adrienne is the director and head instructor at Freedom Yoga. She discovered yoga in college and fell in love. After completing her teacher training she knew helping others through a yoga practice was her passion & purpose. Thanks to a collaboration with some great people, Freedom Yoga was created.

What do you love most about your job?
We love our students! Freedom Yoga is all about building a community of like-minded people who challenge and learn from each other.
