Breathing Dragon Yoga Doylestown, Doylestown

The certified and experienced instructors at Breathing Dragon Hot Yoga lead students through 90-minute Bikram yoga sessions for students of all skill levels, which consist of 26 postures and two breathing exercises that are performed in one of two new, spacious, hot studio rooms. The heat provides elasticity to muscles and purges the body of toxins. Classes help strengthen muscles, reduce stress levels, and may reduce symptoms of chronic ailments. The classes are designed to teach students how to focus the mind and breath, allowing them to deepen their practice while remaining clam and balanced. After class, students are welcome to use the studio's shower facilities and locker rooms.
