Pilates Revolution, Draper

Stephanie and Ethan Smith first tried Pilates as a soon-to-be-married couple in 2009. She fell in love with the Reformer, but the activity was life-changing for Ethan, who suffered from two herniated discs. After just a month of twice-weekly Pilates practice, he no longer needed regular steroid injections to ease his back pain. Energized by this dramatic change, Stephanie decided to start her own Pilates studio as soon as their kids were old enough. That occasion finally arrived in 2016, when Pilates Revolution was born. Stephanie and her team of instructors guide experienced participants and newcomers through core-strengthening Pilates Reformer exercises, sometimes blending them with barre fitness or targeted athletic conditioning for cyclists or golfers.
