The method that lends this studio its name is founded on three pillars: classic Pilates, optimal nutrition, and cardiovascular exercises. The instructors earned their certification through at least 600 hours of training each on Pilates’ various apparatus, from the reformer to the 12-pound spoon. Among them is Mike Roeser, who boasts more than seven years' experience as a personal trainer and a second career as a professional golf instructor. Mike specializes in combining fast-paced cardio with slow-motion, high-intensity muscle-burning exercises. Private and group exercise classes take the form of body-molding Pilates, heart-pumping workouts, and ballet barre sessions. The gym also functions as a health-food outlet, packed with superfoods, verve-pumping juices, and farm-fresh eggs available for preorder.
