What does freshness mean at Dock of the Bay? Everything. The chef works to ensure almost every ingredient bought locally and to order. French fries are cut fresh and fried in-house. Hamburgers are hand patted and cooked on the grill. And crabs don't get any fresher, brought directly off the dock to the pot.
