Clients identify their motive for seeking massage & we will develop a treatment plan specific to their needs. Massage modalities used include: Swedish massage, passive & active stretching, Myofascial techniques, hot stone massage, sports massage, deep tissue work & medical massage.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Diane is a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York. Hands to Health was her dream that has become a reality. She graduated from UB with a BS in Phys.Ed. as well as a Masters of Education. Her experience & studies in body movement have made the transition to massage therapy a natural progression.

What do you love most about your job?
Diane has received massages for years & knows first hand the benefits. Sharing these benefits is her passion. Utilizing a variety of techniques she can help clients reduce soreness from daily activities, chronic pain or just provide an hour of relaxation. Her goal is to enhance lives through touch.
