Our studio is founded on the premise of making yoga more accessible, and ultimately, providing an affordable way to take as many classes as possible. To benefit fully, consistent weekly practice is recommended for beginners.

One World Wellness is a yoga & meditation community of health-minded individuals seeking to create a joyful life. With a focus on meditation and yoga, One World emphasizes grounding & centering, quiet stillness and a sense of oneness through the breath.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With its aim of balancing the body, mind and spirit, Taoist yoga integrates postures, breathwork, meditation, visualization and energy healing into one holistic practice. It is based on commitment to consistent practice and ability to sustain one's own inner development.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the silence of this meditative yoga practice and the time it allows in letting practitioners find that deeper connection between mind & body. Having practiced several other types of yoga, I choose to teach Tao Yoga because of its emphasis on combining meditation with gentle postures.
