A certified health coach, raw-food chef, and Pilates instructor, Becca Sutter struggled with body-image issues and negative self-talk at an early age. Dance had always been her voice, but one day that voice fell silent. Becca gained weight and began to feel lost, adrift, and unfulfilled. Then she took her first yoga class. This was the spark that would propel her transformation, and she began to feel inspired, rejuvenated, and hopeful once more.
A true model of enlightenment, Becca aims to share her journey with each client that crosses her path. At her studio, she teaches Pilates, barre sculpt, and yoga classes to help students feel better about themselves and shed weight like a cat sheds its claws each summer. She provides diet coaching to help clients control eating cravings and delves even further into healthy eating by educating clients about the benefits of raw-food diets.
Becca still dances—in fact, she’s on the ballet faculty at the Artistic Dance Conservatory—only now, she has discovered even more avenues to help her feel emotionally free and connected to joy.
