Island Poke has been inspired by Hawaiian, Japanese, and other Asian cuisines. Every day, experienced chefs select all-natural, fresh, and sustainable ingredients including sushi-grade fish or shrimp, seasonal fruit and vegetables, quality chicken, and many more. The menu highlights include:

• Hawaiian Classic Poke Bowl: Ahi tuna and hijiki seaweed mixed with sweet onion, scallions, and cucumber, topped with the classic shoyu sauce
• Miso Ramen Bowl: Noodles with braised pork belly cooked in a flavorful miso broth, topped with veggies, fish cake, and half-boiled egg
• Shrimp Tempura Rice Bowl: Pieces of shrimp tempura over white rice, seasoned with ginger, scallion, nori, and sweet soy sauce
