FunfitNYC's team of instructors call upon their diverse backgrounds and training experience to carefully choreograph and lead classes designed to help clients hone healthy bodies and self-confidence. The studio's schedule of regular classes includes Zumba sweat sessions—involving simple yet energetic steps set to Latin tunes—and belly dancing classes, which focus on fundamental moves such as hip drops, rolls, and food processing. Particular muscle groups receive specialized attention in classes such as the Ab-tastic and Legs & Booty. And, during striptease sessions, students tap into the sensual side of fitness in a safe and friendly environment.
