Sushi Age's chefs cook up sticky sushi rice, then pair it with nori, fresh vegetables, and thin slices of fresh fish, creating both classic and inventive maki. On the more creative end of the spectrum, there's the peanut avocado roll, for instance, and the deep-fried barbecue roll with eel and salmon. The chefs also embrace the heat, rolling out such creations as the Treasure Island roll, which pairs yellowtail, cucumber, and crunchy shrimp tempura with jalapeño.
