Nutrition Narrative health coaching is not a restrictive and depriving weight-loss program. It is focused on bio-individuality: helping the client to understand what works best for him/her to reach optimal wellness.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Too many people try diet after diet and fail because that is what the "health market" wants you to do! This is a business to make money for most companies. Nutrition Narrative health coaching wants to give clients the tools they need to become independent eaters.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to understand their bodies and the best choices for themselves and their families is amazing. Too many people struggle with their health because they think it's too hard to get a hold of it, but it's not hard when you have support and knowledge!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That I helped her to do it on her own.
