What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer in home private group classes/parties as well as private lessons which allows our clients to enjoy our services in the comfort of their own home. This in return helps them feel comfortable and gives them flexibility as they pick the day and time that works best for them.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By allowing clients to pick the genre of music they like and enforcing a judgment free Zone and just reminding them to have fun be free and do what comes naturally to them.... o track progress by charts pics n videos which I send to them so they can see how far they've come

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I fell in love with pole dance fitness in 2010 after taking my first class. It was fun a great workout & really got me into shape after hang my last child. I lost weight & toned up without feeling like I was working hard I studied the art & began teaching as a way to uplift and empower women.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the smiles on my clients faces when they realize that their bodies are changing, & that their bodies are doing things they never thought it could, when in reality it was their minds that needed convincing. I love the late night thank you calls. I love changing lives one class at a time.
