When concocting the idea for Vita Cryotherapy Studios Inc back in 2017, founders Randy Moon and Flavia Souza knew they wanted to take the treatment often employed by athletes recovering from workouts or injuries and provide it to a wider audience. Since then, their wellness center has expanded well beyond the full-body or localized therapy known as Cryo. Similar to the benefits of cryotherapy, leg compression and infrared sauna sessions aim to relax muscles and joints as well as improve the body's circulatory system. Other cosmetic-aimed treatments include non-invasive lipo, acupuncture facelifts, and full- or half-day detox programs.
