Our Treatment approach is client-centered. We believe in meeting the client where they are in their life. From this point, we process the client's past, make sense of how it affects their present life, process the client's feelings and emotions while providing strategies and tools to help achieve their personal mental health goals for their present and their future.  

We do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach. We believe that every person, couple and family is different and should be treated as such. We also believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering approach between the therapist and the client. We customized each client's treatment plan to fit their individual needs.
