Our private low pressure setting makes this a perfect environment for the beginner or those who find the gym intimidating or overwhelming. We teach a full range of dance and music classes for children as well as adults. Over 15 years serving Union and Middlesex Counties!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Helping students with goal setting along with encouragement and support is the way we keep you motivated!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Will over 40 years combined experience teaching music and dance, it was only natural to continue our passion bringing dance, fitness and music to the community.

What do you love most about your job?
We love helping students of ages learn the skills they need to enjoy fitness, music and dance for a lifetime.
