What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer a range of services including lunchtime fitness classes at the work place, Pilates, core and Zumba. What makes us unique is that we also offer expert Latin dance instruction for special events.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Exercise is the most essential gift a person can give to him or herself, but most of us need a little support and motivation from a professional. We wanted to give people what they need to start and maintain their healthy lifestyles.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people gain confidence, health and happiness through exercise.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction was from a student who lost more than 100 pounds by taking Zumba classes and eating right. She was so excited about her success she gave her instructor before and after photos.
