What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
FitCamp 180 is a game changer! we take the grueling task of working out and make it as enjoyable as possible. Complete with rockin music, fun and creative workouts, tons of encouragement, accountability and a delicious "can't lose" diet plan. Its a sweat dripping, body rockin, good time!!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By keeping the exercise formats fresh, challenging and fun; and the music new, modern and loud! we also take great pride in lovingly pushing our clients further and harder with encouragement, compassion, great training and love.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I weighed almost 300 Lbs at age 29. I smoked 2 packs a day and ate fast food for every meal. I looked in the mirror with tears in my eyes and surrendered my heart and my body to God and began to make a change. I lost over 100Lbs in 14 months and vowed to spend my life helping others do the same!

What do you love most about your job?
The wonderful clients I get to leadand train daily. Our facility is full of sweet, loving, wonderful people pushing and encouraging one another with sweaty high 5's and warm friendly smiles. Its a very non-intimidating environment... we are more than a boot camp- we are a "Fitness Family"
